Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a deep guided relaxation technique for relaxing the mind and body, simple way to release all kinds of tensions, improve sleep, nervous system and physical wellbeing, self healing and self realization practice, created spiritual awakening.

Yoga Nidra is a profound technique adapted by Swami Satyananda Saraswati from the traditional tantric practice of nyasa. It used for deep relaxation, in stress management and therapy, to enhance the learning process in education, to harmonise the deeper unconscious and awaken inner potential, and as a meditative technique. This systematic method of inducing complete mental, emotional and physical relaxation is suitable for all practitioners. I was trained to guide this technique from my teacher, who belongs to the Saraswati yoga lineage.
